FAQ’s for a Maternity session

1. Where will the shoot take place?
   At our home based studio at Vasantkunj, Delhi

​

1. What time do these  shoots typically take place for a Maternity Session?
   
   Maternity is best done between 30-35th weeks of pregnancy.

    

2. Will you provide clothing for the Maternity Portrait shoot?
   
   We do have a beautiful collection of Maternity wear to choose from, apart for it all props, flowers, tiaras will also be provided by us.

    

3. What kind of clothes should the partner or elder sibling wear to a photoshoot?
   
   Ideally, light and solid coloured outfits look best, for everyone. Whites, creams, beige, peach, light blue, yellow etc look really good. Avoid printed clothing as much as possible to avoid taking the attention away from your expressions.

    

4. Are you flexible with time?
   
   Yes, we are flexible with time as we are working with a Mum-to-be. We do understand if there is tiredness in between shoots. A quick break to rest will be provided if need be.

    

5. When will we receive the images after we complete a portrait session?
   We take up to 30 days for the delivery of images from your selection date. To explain, we are covering a lot of shoots per month, hence I really require the time to do justice to the images and deliver a good set to you in 30 days.

6. How many days earlier should we make a booking?
   
   A three weeks notice is good enough if you are flexible about weekdays. But if you are looking for a specific weekends/ a specific date, kindly inform us at the earliest possible, as some dates and weekends get booked out a month or two in advance.

    

7. Do the Maternity sessions include family portraits?
   
   Yes! All our maternity sessions include family portraits that include the Mother, Father and siblings (if any).

Terms & Conditions

• Prices are non-negotiable.

• Full payment is to be made on the day of the shoot.

• Booking amount is transferable for a postponed shoot if notified a week in advance.

• The booking amount is non-refundable.

• We can hold your Raw data for a maximum period of six months, Selections sent within this period will be edited and delivered within 20-25 days of your selection . Any selection sent post this period will not be possible form our end, as this is the maximum time we can hold your data in our systems. 

• All the unedited images will be low resolution jpegs only and edits are high resolution digitals. No print product is included in any of the packages

• Prices are subject to change

• All packages include baby and mom outfits.

• Elaborate theme decorations including balloons, fresh flowers, cakes to be paid by the client

• The photographer reserves the right to post pictures from the session in various online platforms, competitions, websites etc. If you wish to have 100% copyright to the pictures, an additional amount of Rs. 10,000/- is charged for the same.
